چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: یکی از آسیبهای اجتماعی در جوامع مختلف، اعتیاد است و در این میان، خانوادهها نزدیکترین افراد به فرد معتاد هستند. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل اجتماعی مرتبط با اعتیاد از نظر خانوادههای کاشانی است.روش: رویکرد پژوهش حاضر کیفی و جامعه آن خانوادههای کاشانی است که افراد معتاد در آنها موفق به ترک پایدار مواد مخدر در سال 1397 شدند و به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. تکنیک گردآوری دادهها، مصاحبه نیمهمتمرکز بود و با استفاده از نرمافزار مکس کیودا نسخه 10، و براساس کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی دادهها تحلیل شد. از معیارهای گوبا و لینکلن برای بررسی دقت علمی استفاده شد.یافتهها و نتایج: عوامل اجتماعی مرتبط با اعتیاد از نظر خانوادههای کاشانی حاکی از آن است که عوامل اجتماعی در ترک پایدار مواد مخدر و عوامل اجتماعی در گرایش به مواد مخدر موثر است. عوامل اجتماعی در ترک پایدار مواد مخدر عبارتاند از: عاملهای حمایت عاطفی و اجتماعی، دشواری دسترسی به مواد، گروهدرمانی، اقدامات حمایتی، انگیزههای موثر در ترک، مهارتهای زندگی، خانواده و انگیزه دینی برای ترک بوده است و عوامل اجتماعی در گرایش به مواد مخدر عبارتاند از: عوامل موثر در سرخوردگی، عوامل موثر تمایل به مواد، نداشتن کار، ترک تحصیل و دوستان نامناسب، داشتن دوستان معتاد و ناآگاهی از اعتیاد در جامعه بوده است. مهمترین عامل اجتماعی که در ترک پایدار به آن اشاره شده است، خواستن خود فرد معتاد برای ترک کردن است.
Background and Aim: One of the social harms in different societies is addiction and among them, families are the closest people to the addicted person. The main purpose of this study is to identify social factors related to addiction from the perspective of Kashani families.Method: The approach of the present study is qualitative and its population is Kashani families in which addicted individuals succeeded in quitting drugs permanently in 1397 and were selected by purposive sampling. The data collection technique was semi-focused interview and was analyzed using Maxqda software version 10, based on open, axial and selective data coding. Goba and Lincoln criteria were used to evaluate scientific accuracy.Results and conclusion: The social factors related to addiction according to Kashani families indicate that social factors are effective in sustainable drug withdrawal and social factors are effective in drug addiction. Social factors in sustained drug withdrawal include: emotional and social support factors, difficulty in accessing drugs, group therapy, supportive measures, effective motivations to quit, life skills, family and religious motivation to quit, and social factors in drug addiction. These are: effective factors in frustration, effective factors in drug addiction, not having a job, dropping out of school and inappropriate friends, having addicted friends and ignorance of addiction in society. The most important social factor mentioned in permanent quitting is the addicted person's desire to quit.
