چکیده:
مقدمه: افسردگی و اضطراب بیماران مبتلا به سرطان با متغیرهای شخصیتی و شناختی متعددی از جمله ناگویی هیجانی و ذهنآگاهی در ارتباط است.
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش ناگویی هیجانی و ذهنآگاهی در پیشبینی افسردگی و اضطراب زنان مبتلا به سرطان انجام بود.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر، همبستگی و از نوع پیشبینی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه بیماران زن مبتلا به سرطان تحت پوشش موسسه خیریه آرزو در شهرستان پارس آباد (۱۳۹۷) بود. ۱۲۰ زن مبتلا به سرطان با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند از بین جامعه آماری به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و در مطالعه حاضر شرکت کردند. دادههای مطالعه با استفاده از مقیاسهای ناگویی خلقی تورنتو (بشارت، ۲۰۰۷)، ذهنآگاهی، توجه و هوشیاری براون و ریان (۲۰۰۳) و اضطراب و افسردگی بیمارستان اسنایت (۱۹۸۳) جمعآوری و با آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که ناگویی هیجانی و ذهنآگاهی قادر هستند تا افسردگی و اضطراب زنان مبتلا به سرطان را به طور معنیدار پیشبینی کنند (۰/۰۰۱P).
نتیجهگیری: ناگویی هیجانی و ذهنآگاهی از عوامل مهم دخیل در افسردگی و اضطراب بیماران مبتلا به سرطان میباشند؛ بنابراین ضروری است که در برنامههای آموزشی، پیشگیری و درمانی این بیماران بر مداخلات روانشناختی متمرکز به این متغیرها، تأکید گردد.
Introduction: Depression and anxiety in cancer patients are associated with a variety of cognitive and personality variables such as alexithymia and mindfulness.
Aim: The present study aimed to investigate the role of alexithymia and mindfulness in predicting depression and anxiety in women with cancer.
Method: The research method is correlational and predictive. The statistical population consisted of all female patients with cancer covered by Arezoo Charity Institute in Pars Abad (1979). 120 women with cancer were selected through purposive sampling from the statistical population and participated in this study. The data were collected using Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20), Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), and analyzed by SPSS-20 software, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis.
Results: The findings of this study showed that alexithymia and mindfulness can predict depression and anxiety in women with cancer significantly (P
Conclusion: Alexithymia and mindfulness are important factors in the depression and anxiety of cancer patients. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize psychological interventions focused on these variables in educational, prevention and treatment programs of these patients.
