چکیده:
زمینه: امروزه رﺳﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎی اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺑﺨﺸﻲ ﺟﺪاﻳﻲﻧﺎﭘﺬﻳﺮ از ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺪرن ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮای دﺳﺘﻴﺎﺑﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺸﺘﺮﻳﺎن وﻓﺎدار ﺑﻪ ﻳﻚ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺑﺰرگ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎ ﺑﺮای ﺷرکتها ﺗﺒﺪﻳﻞ ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر شبکههای اجتماعی بر روابط اخلاقی برند -مشتری است و ارایه یک مدل در این رابطه است.
روش: روش تحقیق مورد استفاده، روش تحقیق ترکیبی میباشد. در بخش کیفی از روش دلفی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری نخبگان و اساتید دانشگاهی و متخصصین حوزه بازاریابی و رفتار مصرف کننده بودند که از میان آنها با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند 10 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری دادهها مصاحبه بود که در نهایت با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی متغیرهای مدل شناسایی شد. در بخش کمی روش توصیفی -همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق کاربران شبکههای اجتماعی، متخصصان بازاریابی و مدیران کسب و کارهای فعال در محیط آنلاین سطح شهر تهران بودند که تعداد 384 نفر با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحلیل پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته بود. دادهها با استفاده از تکنیک معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرمافزار اسمارت پیالاس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که منافع تجربی و عملکردی شبکههای اجتماعی بر روابط اخلاقی برند - مشتری تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین شبکههای اجتماعی با میانجی گری تجربه برند آنلاین بر روابط اخلاقی برند - مشتری تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
نتیجهگیری: ابعاد شبکههای اجتماعی (منافع تجربی، منافع عملکردی) نقش مهمی در تعیین روابط اخلاقی برند - مشتری ایفا میکنند و همچنین روابط اخلاقی برند - مشتری هم خود به تنهایی بر روی ابعاد خود (عشق، تعهد، وابستگی، مسئولیت پذیری و اعتماد) تاثیر موثر و مهمی میگذارد. مشتریان و برند تحت شرایط مختلف، رفتارهای متفاوتی دارند و انگیزههای آنها متفاوت است. بنابراین عوامل مختلفی ممکن است از لحظهای که فرد اطلاعاتی به صورت آنلاین از طریق شبکههای اجتماعی دریافت میکند تا پایان، مداخله کنند.
Background: Social media is an integral part of modern society that has become a huge industry for companies to reach loyal customers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social networks on ethical brand-customer relationships and to provide a model in this regard.
Method: The research method used is a combined research method. In the qualitative part, the Delphi method was used. The statistical population was elites and university professors and experts in the field of marketing and consumer behavior, from which 10 people were selected as a sample by purposive sampling. In the quantitative part it was a descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of the study was social network users, marketing professionals and business managers active in the online environment in Tehran, of which 384 people were selected by random sampling. The analysis tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Data were analyzed using structural equation technique and Smart PLS software.
Results: The results of this study show that the empirical and functional benefits of social networks have a significant effect on brand-customer ethical relationships. Also, social networks mediate the online brand experience on the ethical brand-customer relationship has a positive and significant effect.
Conclusion: The dimensions of social networks (empirical interests, functional interests) play an important role in determining the ethical brand-customer relationship and also the ethical brand-customer relationship on its own dimensions (love, commitment, dependence, responsibility). And trust) has an effective and important impact. Customers and brands behave differently under different circumstances and their motivations are different. Therefore, various factors may intervene from the moment a person receives information online through social networks to the end.
