چکیده:
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر تضاد نقش، باور به خودکارآمدی و حساسیت اخلاق حرفهای حسابرسان بر عملکرد آنها با تأکید بر هوش عاطفی حسابرس است. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی –پیمایشی بوده و به منظور اندازهگیری متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. به منظور اندازهگیری متغیرهای تضاد نقش از پرسشنامۀ ریزو هوس و لیرتزمن (1970)، باور به خودکارآمدی از پرسشنامه اسپکتور (1983)، حساسیت اخلاق حرفهای از پرسشنامه شوب (1993)، عملکرد حسابرس از پرسشنامه دانلی و اُبریان (2003) و هوش عاطفی از پرسشنامه گلمن (2001)، استفاده شده است. این پژوهش در یک بازه زمانی شش ماهه (اسفند ماه سال 1397 الی مرداد ماه 1398) انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حسابرسان شاغل در سازمان حسابرسی (عضو جامعه حسابداران رسمی ایران) و مؤسسههای حسابرسی عضو جامعه حسابداران رسمی بوده است که از بین آنها طبق فرمول کوکران 198 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیده است. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون خطی ساده و چندگانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. تضاد نقش حسابرس، باور به خودکارآمدی حسابرس، حساسیت اخلاق حرفهای بهعنوان متغیرهای مستقل، عملکرد حسابرس بهعنوان متغیرهای وابسته و هوش عاطفی بهعنوان متغیر تعدیلگر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که (1) تضاد نقش حسابرسان بر عملکرد آنها تأثیر دارد. (2) باور به خودکارآمدی حسابرسان بر عملکرد آنها تأثیر دارد. (3) حساسیت اخلاق حرفهای حسابرسان بر عملکرد آنها تأثیر دارد. (4) هوش عاطفی و تضاد نقش حسابرسان بر عملکرد آنها تأثیر ندارد. (5) هوش عاطفی و باور به خودکارآمدی حسابرسان بر عملکرد آنها تأثیر دارد. (6) هوش عاطفی و حساسیت اخلاق حرفهای حسابرسان بر عملکرد آنها تأثیر دارد.
The purpose of this study is investigating the effect of auditor's role ambiguity, belief in self-efficacy and professional ethics sensitivity on their performance emphasizing emotional intelligence. The method is descriptive-surveying. Measure the variables of role ambiguity from the Riso Hoss and Lirtezman (1970) questionnaire, belief in self-efficacy from the Spector (1983) questionnaire, professional ethics sensitivity from the Shob (1993) questionnaire, auditor’s performance from the Donlly and Obreyan (2003) questionnaire and emotional intelligence from the Gelman (2001) questionnaire has been used. The research was conducted over a six-month period. The statistical population is staff Audit Firms Member of Iranian Society of Certified Accountants and auditing organizations, of which 198 ones were selected as sample according to Cocran formula. Also, data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that auditor's role ambiguity, Believe in auditors’ self-efficacy, Auditors’ professional ethics sensitivity affects their performance. Emotional intelligence and role ambiguity doesn’t affect their performance. Emotional intelligence and belief in auditors’ self-efficacy affects their performance. Emotional intelligence and auditors’ professional ethics sensitivity affects their performance.
