چکیده:
اختلال شخصیت مرزی با الگویی از بیثباتی خلق، روابط بینفردی، هویت و نیز تکانشگری مشخص میشود که هزینه زیای را بر سیستم بهداشتی کشورها وارد میکند. هسته اصلی اختلال شخصیت مرزی دشواری در تنظیم هیجان است که یکی از مولفههای دشواری در تنظیم هیجان ناگویی هیجانی است. از جمله متغیرهای دیگر مرتبط با اختلال شخصیت مرزی، افسردگی و اضطراب هستند که با ناگویی هیجانی نیز رابطه دارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطهای اضطراب و افسرگی در ارتباط با ناگویی هیجانی و اختلال شخصیت مرزی بود. طرح پژوهش از نوع همبستگی توصیفی و روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاههای شهیدبهشتی و علم و فرهنگ بودند که از این میان 429 نفر از دانشکدههای برق، روانشناسی، ادبیات و حقوق به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامههای افسردگی بک، اضطراب بک، مقیاس اختلال شخصیت مرزی و ناگویی هیجانی پاسخ دادند. جهت تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزارهای لیزرل و SPSS استفاده شد. شاخصهای برازش مدل (GFI=0. 94، CFI=0. 97، 0. 06 RMSEA=) نشان داد که مدل مذکور از برازش خوبی برخوردار است. نتایج تحلیل آماری نشان دادند که ناگویی هیجانی با میانجیگری افسردگی و اضطراب قادرند اختلال شخصیت مرزی را پیشبینی کنند، به نحوی که افسردگی و نیز اضطراب به صورت مثبت و مستقیم و نیز ناگویی هیجانی به طور مثبت و غیر مستقیم قادر به تبیین ویژگیهای اختلال شخصیت مرزی بودند. این یافتهها تلویحات عملی در مداخلات بالینی دارند که در شناسایی و درمان اختلال شخصیت مرزی میتوان از آن استفاده کرد.
Borderline personality disorder is characterized by a loge- pattern of, affect instability, unstable relationships, distorted sense of self, and impulsivity which cost a lot for the health system. The core feature of borderline personality disorder is emotion regulation difficulties and alexithymia is one of emotion regulation difficulties components. Depression and anxiety are variables that are related to borderline personality disorder and alexithymia, as well. This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of depression and anxiety whit alexithymia and borderline personality disorder. The design and the method of study was descriptive correlation and structural equation modeling, respectively. The sample of 429 students of Shahid Beheshti and Science and Culture universities who were selected by convenience sampling from psychology, literature, law and electrical engineering faculties answered the Beck depression inventory-II, Beck anxiety inventory, personality assessment inventory- borderline feature, and alexithymia questionnaire. LISREL and SPSS software were used to analyze the data. Model fit indices (GFI= 0.94, CFI=0.97, RMSEA=0.06) indicate that the model fit well. The findings showed that depression and anxiety mediate alexithymia and borderline personality disorder relationship, in a way that depression and anxiety positively and directly and also alexithymia positively and indirectly could explain borderline personality disorder. The findings have practical implications for clinical psychologists and can be useful in the diagnosis and therapy of borderline personality disorder.
