چکیده:
مقدمه: سکته مغزی سومین علت شایع مرگ در کشورهای توسعه یافته و شایعترین بیماری ناتوان کننده نورولوژیک است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی بررسی شیوع اپیدمیولوژیک ۵ ساله موارد سکته مغزی در اهواز صورت گرفت. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی ـ مقطعی پرونده ۳۸۴ بیمار بستری در بخش نورولوژی بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی گلستان اهواز که برای آنان تشخیص سکته مغزی بر اساس علایم بالینی و CT اسکن در طی سالهای ۱۳۹۴ تا ۱۳۹۸ گذاشته شده بود، بررسی گردید. دادههای مربوطه پس از گردآوری با نرمافزار SPSS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: میانگین سنی بیماران ۳۱/۱۴ ± ۵۸/۶۶ سال و ۲/۵۵ درصد مرد بودند. ۹/۲۲ درصد بیماران استعمال سیگار، ۴/۴ درصد مصرف مشروب و ۹/۱۰ مصرف مواد اوپیوئیدی داشتند. همچنین ۱/۹۵ درصد بیماران فاقد فعالیت بدنی منظم بودهاند. از نظر بیماریهای همراه ۶۸ درصد فشارخون بالا، ۴/۴۲ درصد دیابت و ۱۹ درصد دیسلیپیدمی و ۱/۸ درصد بیماری خودایمنی داشتهاند. علاوه بر این ۳/۲۶ درصد بیماران سابقه سکته مغزی، ۱/۳۴ درصد سابقه سکته قلبی و ۵/۴۳ درصد بیماران سابقه خانوادگی سکته مغزی داشتهاند. سکته مغزی در بیماران مجدد ارتباط معنیداری با سابقه خانوادگی سکته مغزی داشت (۰۵/۰P) ولی ارتباط معنیداری با جنسیت و سن نداشت. نتیجهگیری: در بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی فعالیت بدنی کم، فشارخون بالا و دیابت شیوع بالایی داشت که اهمیت توجه و اصلاح این ریسکفاکتورها جهت پیشگیری از سکته مغزی را نشان میدهد.
Introduction: Stroke is the third most common cause of death in developed countries and the most common neurologically debilitating disease. The aim of this study was to investigate the 5-year epidemiological prevalence of stroke cases in Ahvaz, Iran.
Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, the files of patients admitted to the neurology ward of Golestan Hospital in Ahvaz, Iran who were diagnosed with stroke based on clinical symptoms and CT scan during the years 2015-2019 were reviewed. Relevant data were analyzed by SPSS software and statistical tests.
Results: The mean age of patients was 66.58±14.31 years and 55.2% were male. 22.9% of patients were smoker, 4.4% consumed alcohol and 10.9% consumed opioids. Also, 95.1% of patients lacked regular physical activity. In terms of comorbidities, 68% of patients had hypertension, 42.4% had diabetes, 19% had dyslipidemia and 8.1% had autoimmune diseases. In addition, 26.3% of patients had a previous history of stroke, 34.1% had a history of heart attack and 43.5% of patients had a family history of stroke. Conclusion: In patients with stroke, low physical activity, high blood pressure and diabetes were high, which shows the importance of attention and correction of these risk factors to prevent stroke.
