چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی نقش فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان در هویت قومی تودهی مردم و آموزش و پذیرش نظم سیاسی میباشد. جامعهی آماری ما شهروندان بالای 20 سال شهر ایلام است. نخبگان جامعه به واسطه قدرت سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی از تودهی مردم متمایزمیباشند. اگر فرهنگ سیاسی را نوع نگرش افراد جامعه به نظام سیاسی تعریف کنیم نخبگان و تودههای جامعه از فرهنگ سیاسی متفاوتی برخوردارند و در جوامعی که دارای هویت قومی می باشند نوع فرهنگ سیاسی حاکم در تشدید یا تضعیف هویت قومی واعتماد سیاسی آنان و درنتیجه آموزش و پذیرش نظم سیاسی میتواند اثر گذار باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش پیمایش و تکنیک جمعآوری داده ها نیز پرسشنامه بوده است. پرسشنامهها بر اساس فرمول کوکران بین 384 نفر شهروند ایلامی توزیع گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان بر فرهنگ سیاسی تودهی مردم ایلام نقش مؤثری در ایجاد کاهش احساس تبعیض ناشی از هویت قومی و در نتیجه پذیرش نظم سیاسی و به تعبیر گرامشی ایجاد یک هژمون و اجماع فرهنگی دارد. دستاوردهای این پژوهش بیانگر آن است که میزان اعتماد سیاسی در شدت و یا ضعف هویت ملی نقش بسزایی دارد و پذیرش نظم سیاسی به عنوان یکی از نمودهای هویت ملی در بین شهروندان ساکن ایلام با در نظر گرفتن هویت قومی؛ در زنان به دلیل ویژگی اقناع پذیری نسبت به مردان در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارد.
The present study aims to investigate the role of elite political culture in the ethnic identity of themasses and to educate and accept the political order. Our statistical population is citizens over the age of 20 inIlam. The elites of society are distinguished from the masses by their political, economic and social power. If wedefine political culture as the type of attitude of society towards the political system, the elites and masses ofsociety have different political cultures and in societies that have ethnic identity, the type of political cultureprevails in strengthening or weakening their ethnic identity and political trust. Accepting political order can beeffective. The research method in this research was survey and the data collection technique was aquestionnaire. Questionnaires were randomly distributed among 150 Elamite citizens. The results of this studyshow that the political culture of the masses of the people of Ilam, influenced by the political culture of thesociety's elites, creates a sense of discrimination influenced by ethnic identity, which has an effective role instabilizing or destabilizing the political order of society. The findings of this study show that the level of politicaltrust and acceptance of political order and consequently social order among citizens over 20 years of age,considering the ethnic identity of women compared to men is at a desirable level
