چکیده:
هدف: نگاه هر یک از مکاتب مهمّ بشری به مقولۀ «کرامت انسانی»، از مبانی نظری مهم و پایهای آن مکاتب شمرده میشود و به روحی سیّال میماند که در تکتک باورهای این مکاتب جاری است. هدف از نگارش این پژوهش، تبیین ملاک ارزش و جایگاه انسان در نظام آفرینش از منظر مبانی نظری اسلام در مقابل اندیشه اومانیسم در جهان غرب است. روش: این مقاله، با استفاده از دادههای کتابخانهای و اسنادی به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی به دسته بندی آیات قرآن و احادیث اهل بیت (ع)، دربارۀ کرامت انسانی و خاستگاه و اقتضائات آن میپردازد. یافتهها: یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد که در نگرش برخاسته از قرآن و روایات، انسان دارای کرامت طبیعی (تکوینی) است که مربوط به نوع بنی آدم است، و همچنین میتواند با به فعلیت رساندن استعدادهای وجودی خویش در مسیر حق، از کرامت ارزشی (اکتسابی) بهرهمند شود. نتیجهگیری: تا زمانی که عنوان بنیآدم با مولفههای کرامت طبیعی مانند روح، عقل و اختیار بر انسان صادق است، از حقوق فطری، طبیعی و اجتماعی برخوردار خواهد بود؛ مگر آنکه خالق شارع، مجازات خاصی را برای ارتکاب عمل خاصی تعیین کند که البته، فرا رفتن از آن نیز موجب ظلم بر بزهکار و نقض کرامت او خواهد بود.
Purpose: The view of each of the important humanistic schools on the category of "human dignity" is considered one of the important and basic theoretical foundations of those schools and remains in a fluid spirit that is current in each and every belief of these schools. The purpose of writing this research is to explain the criteria of human value. In the world, from the point of view of Islam, it is against the idea of humanism. Method: This article, using library data and documents in a descriptive-analytical method, categorizes the verses of the Qur'an and the hadiths of the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH) about human dignity and its origin and requirements. Findings: The findings of the research show that in the attitude derived from the Qur'an and hadiths, man has a natural (formative) dignity that is related to the type of humanity, and he can also realize his existential talents in the path of truth, from the value (acquired) dignity ) to benefit. Conclusion: As long as the title of human being with the components of natural dignity such as soul, reason and free will is true for man, he will have natural, natural and social rights.
