چکیده:
مقدمه و هدف: شیوع ویروس کرونا به عنوان یک رویداد استرس زا منجر به اضطراب و سایر مشکلات روانشناختی شده است. بررسی عواملی که بتوانند مانع از بروز اضطراب ویروس کرونا گردد از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نقش حمایت اجتماعی، تنظیم هیجانی و بهزیستی معنوی در اضطراب ویروس کرونا در میان جمعیت های عمومی استان مازندران انجام شد. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر وب بود. 292 شرکت کننده از طریق شبکه های اجتماعی بر اساس نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه اصلاح شده اضطراب بلکی و همکاران (2015)، مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی زیمت و همکاران (1988) پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان گروس (2003) و بهزیستی معنوی جولیا و همکاران (2010) استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: یافتهها نشان داد که بین حمایت اجتماعی (001/0=P، 224/0-R=)، راهبرد ارزیابی مجدد شناختی (001/0=P، 247/0-R=)،، راهبرد سرکوب هیجانی (001/0=P، 274/0R=) و بهزیستی معنوی (100/0=P=، 306/0-R) با اضطراب ویروس کرونا رابطه معنیداری وجود داشت. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیرهای پژوهش 5/19 درصد از تغییرات اضطراب ویروس کرونا را پیشبینی می کنند که در این میان بهزیستی معنوی بیشترین سهم را در پیشبینی اضطراب کرونا داشت. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نقش حمایت اجتماعی، تنظیم هیجانی و بهزیستی معنوی در اضطراب ویروس کرونا، توجه به این عوامل به خصوص بهزیستی معنوی در طراحی مداخلات روانشناختی برای کاهش اضطراب جمعیت های غیر بالینی در زمان شیوع کرونا ضروری است.
Introduction & Objective: The outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) as a stressful event can lead to anxiety and other psychological problems in the general population. It is important to look at the factors that can help prevent coronaviruse disease. This study aimed to assess the role of perceived social support, emotional regulation, and spiritual well-being in predicting coronavirus anxiety among the general population of Mazandaran province in Iran Methods: The present research method was a descriptive web-based correlation. 292 participants were selected by available sampling through social networks. The Corona Anxiety Inventory (CAI), The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), and Spiritual Well-being (SW) were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions. Results: The results showed that there was significant relationship betweena perceived social support (P= 0.001, R=0.224), cognitive reappraisal (P=0.001, R=0.247), Emotional suppression (P= 0.04, R= 0.274) spiritual well-being (P = 0.100, R = 0.306) and coronavirus anxiety. The results of regression analysis showed that the research variables predict 19% of coronavirus anxiety, among which spiritual well-being had the largest share in predicting coronary anxiety. Conclusion: Considering the role of social support, emotional regulation and spiritual well-being in coronavirus anxiety, it is necessary to pay attention to these factors, especially spiritual well-being in designing psychological interventions to reduce the anxiety of non-clinical populations during COVID-19 outbreak.
