چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: محیطهای ورزشی، مناسبترین مکان برای رهایی از فشارهای روحی و درگیریهای ذهنی است و ورزشکاران به دلیل پویایی فعالیتهای ورزشی و ارتباط با گروه، سازوکار مقابله بهتر و عزت نفس بالاتری دارند و سازگاری اجتماعی آنها نیز تقویت میشود. هدف از این تحقیق ارزیابی نقش ورزشهای تیمی در سازگاری اجتماعی، خودانگاره و خودکارآمدی دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه اول شهر کرمانشاه بود. روش: در این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی، از بین تمامی دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه اول شهرستان کرمانشاه در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400، ۳۰ نفر به طور تصادفی (15 نفر برای هر گروه کنترل و آزمایش) انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای سازگاری اجتماعی بل (1961)، خودانگاره افضلی (1373) و خودکارآمدی شرر (1982)، استفاده شد و دادههای حاصل مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: پسآزمون اختلاف معناداری میان سازگاری اجتماعی در دو گروه تجربی و شاهد وجود دارد. در گروه تجربی، از پیشآزمون تا پسآزمون بهبود معناداری مشاهده شد. همچنین، در پسآزمون اختلاف معناداری میان خودکارآمدی و خودانگاره در دو گروه تجربی و شاهد وجود داشت. در گروه تجربی، از پیشآزمون تا پسآزمون بهبود معناداری مشاهده شد. نتیجهگیری: انجام ورزشهای تیمی، توانسته است سازگاری اجتماعی، خودکارآمدی و خودانگاره را در نمونه موردنظر بهصورت معناداری بهبود بخشد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، پیشنهاد میشود معلمان تربیت بدنی و والدین نوجوانان، مشارکت در ورزش را به عنوان یک رویکرد موثر مورد توجه قرار دهند، همچنین استفاده از یافتههای این تحقیق در محیط مدرسه میتواند راهنمای عملی مثبتی برای معلمان و اولیای مدرسه در خصوص فعالیت بدنی دانشآموزان (به ویژه دختران نوجوان زودرس) باشد.
Background: Sports environments are the most suitable places to release mental pressures and mental conflicts. Athletes have a better coping mechanism and higher self-esteem due to participation in team sports in the face of stress, and their social adaptation is also strengtheneddue to the dynamics of sports activities and communication with the group. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the role of Team sports in social adjustment, self-image and self-efficacy of female students first secondary school in Kermanshah.
Methods: The research method was semi-experimental. Thirtyparticipantswere randomly selected from female students in first secondary school in Kermanshah in the academic year 1400-1401 (15 in each control and experimental groups). Bell’s social adjustment questionnaire (1961), Afzal’s self-image questionnaire (1373), and sherer’s self-efficacy questionnaire (1982) were used to collect data. The resulting data were analyzed.
Results: The results showed that in the post-test there is a significant difference between social adjustment in the experimental and control groups. In addition, a significant improvement was observed from pre-test to post-testin the experimental group. It was also observed that there is a significant difference between self-efficacy and self-image in the experimental and control groups after the test. In addition, in the experimental group, significant improvement was observed from pre-test to post-test. Therefore, it can be concludedthat team sports can significantly improve social adaptation, self-esteem and self-image in the sample.
Conclusion: According to the research results, parents and physical education teachers should consider participation in sports as an effective approach. Moreover, using the findings of this research in the school environment can be a positive practical guide for teachers and school parents regarding the physical activity of students (especially precocious adolescent girls).
