It is postulated in this research that the Islamic civilization will be actualized at a future point when thoughtful Muslims can extract a desirable theoretical amalgam between inspiration and science, and reform that amalgam with numerous model simulations as time passes.
Daily and routine training and setting forth various social, political and economic rules, with the scope and methods of the time, denote the extensive and deep efforts made to establish Islamic civilization.
As long as Muslim thinkers and the elite do not arrive at joint inferences of their global situation and do not work according to their own thinking and methodology, an Islamic civilization will not be born naturally, logically and on the basis of human and historical rules.
