اهداف: اعتیاد بهعنوان یک مساله اجتماعی، پدیدهای است که همراه با آن توانایی جامعه در سازمانیابی و حفظ نظم موجود از بین میرود و از جمله علل عمده مرگ زودرس به حساب میآید. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین میزان مرگومیر ناشی از سوء مصرف مواد مخدر در اجساد ارجاعی به اداره کل پزشکی قانونی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد طی سالهای 97-1392 بود.
ابزار و روشها: در این پژوهش توصیفی- مقطعی، پرونده همه متوفیان ارجاعی به اداره کل پزشکی قانونی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد طی سالهای 97-1392 که بهدلیل سوءمصرف مواد مخدر فوت نموده بودند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اطلاعات موجود در پروندههای آنان جمعآوری شد و توسط نرمافزار SPSS 21 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون آماری مجذور کای مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: از 123 پرونده مورد بررسی، 93.5% مرد و بقیه زن (6.5%) بودند. بیشترین فراوانی متوفیان ارجاعی به پزشکی قانونی مربوط به گروه سنی 30-20 سال (37.4%)، افراد مجرد (54.5%)، دارای سطح تحصیلات دیپلم (35.8%) و راهنمایی (32.5%)، دارای شغل آزاد (42.3%) و بیکار (26.0%) بود. از نظر نوع مصرف مواد، به ترتیب تریاک (39.0%)، متادون (27.6%) و ترامادول (17.9%) بیشترین فراوانی را داشتند. بیشترین مصرف همزمان مواد در تریاک- متادون (28.4%) مشاهده شد. در مواد مصرفی تریاک، هروئین، شیشه، ترامادول و متادون بین سالهای 1392 تا 1397 تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (05/0p).
نتیجهگیری: متوفیان، جوانان با سطح تحصیلات پایین، درآمد کم و بیکار هستند و همچنین اعتیاد به مصرف متادون و ترامادول در طول سالهای مختلف روند افزایشی داشته است.
Aims: Addiction as a social problem is a phenomenon that destroyed the ability of society to organize and maintain the order of actual affairs, and it is one of the major causes of early death. The aim of the present research was to determine the mortality rates due to substance and stimulant abuse in the deceased submitted to the forensic medicine department of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad who died due to substance abuse in 2013-2018.
Instruments & Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive research was carried out on all portfolios of the deceased submitted to the forensic medicine department of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad, who died due to substance abuse in 2013-2018. Data were collected from the medical cases of the subjects. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21 software, through the descriptive statistics and chi-square test.
Findings: Of the 123 studied cases, 93.5% were male and the rest were female (6.5%). Most of the deceased referred to the forensic medicine department were related to the 20-30 (37.4%) years age group, single people (54.5%), people with diploma (35.8%) and middle school certificates (32.5%), people with the freelance job (42.3%) and unemployed (26.0%). Opium (39.0%), methadone (27.6%) and tramadol (17.9%) had the highest frequency of drug use, respectively. The highest concurrent drug use was observed in opium-methadone (28.4%). Conclusion: The deceased are young people with low education, low income and unemployed as well as addiction to methadone and tramadol has an increasing trend over the years.
