خلاصة:
زمینه و هدف: سالمندان نسبت به سایر گروههای جامعه در مقابل حوادث و آسیبهای جادهای و ترافیکی آسیب پذیرتر میباشند که متأسفانه این گروه سنی در کشورمان، ایران کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفتهاند. هدف از این مطالعه، انعکاس وضعیت سالمندان استان همدان در رابطه با آسیبهای ترافیکی میباشد. روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعۀ توصیفی -مقطعی است و از طریق جمعآوری اطلاعات آماری مرکز پزشکی قانونی استان همدان در سال 1396 تهیه گردیده است. با استفاده از چک لیستی، ویژگیهای دموگرافیکی، مکان، زمان حادثه و غیره گردآوری و در نهایت با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: در این مطالعه 2/77 درصد فوت شدگان، سالمند مرد بودند. 65 % از تصادفات در سالمندان با سن 70-60 سال اتفاق افتاده بود. از نظر وضعیت متوفی در هنگام حادثه هم اکثر سالمندان عابرین پیاده (55/0 %) بودند. درخصوص وضعیت متوفیان از لحاظ محل حادثه، 47% مرگ و میر در حوادث برون شهری رخ داده است. نتایج: با توجه به درصد بالای فوت در بین مردان، عابرین مسن و از طرفی روند افزایشی جمعیت سالمندان، انجام برنامههای آموزشی و پیشگیری در این گروه سنی حائز اهمیت میباشد.
Introduction: Elderly people are more vulnerable to road accidents and traffic accidents than other groups of society. Unfortunately, these age groups in Iran have been less considered. The purpose of this study was to reflect the health status of the elderly in Hamedan Province in relation to traffic injuries. Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive -sectional study. Data was collected by collecting statistical information from Hamedan Medical Center in 2017. Using checklist, demographic characteristics, location, incident time, etc., were analyzed and finally analyzed using SPSS software. Results: In this study, 77.2% of the dead were male. 65% of accidents occurred in elderly people aged 70-60 years. The status of the deceased at the time of the incident the majority of elderly were pedestrians (55/0%). In the case of the death of the deceased in terms of the location of the incident, 47% of deaths occurred in extra-urban accidents. Conclusion: Considering the high death rate among men, older pedestrians and the increasing number of elderly people, it is important to conduct educational programs and prevent in this age group.
