سابقه و هدف: بنابر اهمیت سلامت جامعه و سازمانهایی که در این زمینه پیشگام هستند بررسی سلامت سازمانی و عوامل مرتبط مانند هوش معنوی از اهمیتی فزآینده برخوردار است. لذا به بررسی رابطه بین هوش معنوی و سلامت سازمانی کارکنان دو اداره مهم متولی تندرستی کشور پرداخته شد.
مواد و روشها: روش تحقیق توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و اداره ورزش و جوانان شهرستان بابل بود. از روش نمونهگیری تمامشمار و جدول مورگان برای هر یک از ادارات استفاده شد که مجموعاً ۳۵۶ نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه هوش معنوی و سلامت سازمانی بود. روایی صوری آنها توسط اساتید مرتبط تایید و پایایی آنها نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب ۰/۸۴ و ۰/۹۰ بدست آمد. برای بررسی فرضیهها از روشهای تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تی مستقل با کمک SPSS ۲۴ انجام شد.
یافتهها: کارکنان اداره علوم پزشکی و اداره ورزش از هوش معنوی به ترتیب (۳/۹ و ۴/۱) و سلامت سازمانی (۴ و ۳/۸) بالای متوسط برخودار بودند. بین هوش معنوی و سلامت سازمانی کل کارکنان رابطه معنادار وجود داشت (r=۰.۴۳۶, P). تفاوت معناداری بین سلامت سازمانی و هوش معنوی کل کارکنان این دو سازمان وجود نداشت.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اهمیت هوش معنوی و سلامت سازمانی در مدیریت منابع انسانی و وجود ارتباط بین آنها، تدوین برنامههای آموزش پیش از خدمت و ضمن خدمت کارکنان باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد بطوریکه این دو سازمان پیشرو در امر تندرستی و بهداشت، الگوی سایر سازمانها باشند.
Introduction: Considering the importance of community health and the leading organizations in this field, investigating organizational health and related factors such as spiritual intelligence is of increasing importance. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational health among the staff of two important State health departments.
Methods: The statistical population in this descriptive correlational study was staff of Babol University of Medical Sciences and Department of Sport and Youth. A total of 356 individuals were selected by using full census sampling method and Morgan table. Data were collected through Spiritual Intelligence and Organizational Health questionnaires. Their face validity was confirmed by the respective professors and their reliability was 0.84 and 0.90 based on Cronbachchr('39')s alpha, respectively. To analyze the hypotheses, Pearson correlation analysis and independent t-test were applied in SPSS 24.
Findings: The staff of the Departments of Medical Sciences and Sport had a high average of spiritual intelligence (3.9 and 4.1) and organizational health (4 and 3.8, respectively). Conclusion: Given the importance of spiritual intelligence and organizational health in human resource management and the relationship between them, the development of pre-service and in-service training programs should be considered so that these two leading organizations in health should be the model for other organizations.
