مقدمه: هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی سندرومهای سازمانی در هیأتهای ورزشی استان لرستان بود. روش پژوهش: روش انجام تحقیق با استفاده از طرح متوالی اکتشافی بود که تلفیقی از روشهای کیفی و کمی است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق در بخش کیفی شامل استادان آشنا با حوزۀ تحقیق بود که 16 نفر تا رسیدن به نقطة اشباع انتخاب شدند. در روش کمی نیز جامعة آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان هیأتهای ورزشی ادارة ورزش و جوانان استان لرستان بود که از بین آنها 332 نفر بهصورت تصادفی طبقهای بهعنوان نمونة آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق در روش کیفی شامل مصاحبة عمیق بود که با رویکرد دادهبنیاد انجام پذیرفت. در روش کمی ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه برگرفته از مصاحبه بود که روایی محتوای آن با نظرخواهی از استادان و نخبگان آشنا با حوزۀ تحقیق (11 نفر) تأیید شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روشهای آمار توصیفی و روشهای آمار استنباطی (تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبۀ دوم) در محیط نرمافزارهای SPSS و SmartPLS استفاده شد. یافتهها: یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که مهمترین سندرومهای سازمانی در هیأتهای ورزشی شامل سندروم تصمیمگیری (83/0)، تبعیض و سیاسیکاری (725/0)، سندروم اینرسی (886/0)، سندروم پاریس (621/0)، سندروم خودشناسی (654/0)، سندروم سکوت (820/0)، سندروم تسلط ساختاری (672/0)، سندروم تروریسم (672/0) و سندروم تغییرات (691/0) هستند. نتیجهگیری: شناسایی سندرومهای سازمانی از مهمترین وظایف مدیران ارشد هر سازمان برای رسیدن به وضعیت مطلوب و دفع آسیبهای احتمالی از آن است، چراکه همواره پیشگیری بهتر از درمان است.
The purpose of this study was to identify organizational syndromes in sports boards in Lorestan province. The research method was using mixed exploratory designs which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section included professors familiar with the field of research, and sixteen people were selected by snowball method until they reached the saturation point. In the quantitative method, the statistical population included all sports delegations of Lorestan Sports and Youth Administration, from which 332 people were randomly selected as a statistical sample. Qualitative research tools included in-depth interviews. In the quantitative method, the research tool was a questionnaire taken from an interview, the content validity of which was confirmed by asking for opinions from professors and elites familiar with the research field (11 people). Also, descriptive statistics methods and inferential statistics methods (second-order confirmatory factor analysis) in SPSS and SmartPLS software were used to analyze the data. Findings showed that the most important organizational syndromes in sports delegations include decision syndrome (0.83), discrimination and work politicization (0.725), inertia syndrome (0.886), Paris syndrome (0.621), Self-knowledge syndrome (0.654), Silence syndrome (0.820), Structural dominance syndrome (0.672), Terrorism syndrome (0.672) and Change and promotion syndrome (0.691).
