Using "documentary analysis" method, this article examines the role of family in cultural development based on Islamic teachings.
The proposal of this research is to improve the social relationship between humans and the public domain based on the correction of intrapersonal communication in the private domain, and the correction of this relationship depends only on sincere relationship with God. Therefore, the research question is "what are the specific Islamic values governing the identification of the optimal situation in media organizations, especially from the perspective of the Holy Qur’an?
Also, the research findings showed that the amount of family income per month, field of study, individual's communication network, mass media, social trust and finally the use of mass communication means affect the social identity of students.
