زمینه و هدف: طلاق مسئلهای اجتماعی و دربرگیرندۀ انحلال قانونی ازدواج بوده و بهعنوان آسیبی اجتماعی بر افزایش سایر آسیبهای اجتماعی دیگر تأثیرگذار است. در این میان، پلیس میتواند با تأثیرگذاری اجتماعی بر کاهش پدیدۀ طلاق، ضمن ارتقای سطح آگاهی افراد جامعه و همچنین حذف زمینههای اجتماعی وقوع جرم، موجبات ایجاد امنیّت بهویژه در بُعد اجتماعی را فراهم آورد؛ لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی میزان تأثیر پیشگیری اجتماعی بر پدیدۀ طلاق بود.روش: پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و شیوۀ جمعآوری اطلاعات آمیزهای از روشهای کتابخانهای و میدانی بود. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه بود که برای تعیین پایایی آن از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و نیز از دادههای تصنعی و معادل میانگین در این تحقیق استفاده شده است. جامعۀ آماری شامل کارکنان انتظامی شاغل در کلانتری و پاسگاههای شهرستان رودسر به تعداد 100 نفر و بهصورت تمامشمار بود. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS و انجام آزمون رگرسیون خطی و چندمتغیره صورت پذیرفت.یافتهها: چهار تکنیک 1) مدیریت نیازها؛ 2) توانمندسازی فردی و اجتماعی؛ 3) تقویت مداخلات اجتماعی و فرهنگی و 4) آگاهیبخشی و اصلاح باورهای دینی بهترتیب بیشترین تأثیر را در پیشگیری از پدیدۀ طلاق داشته است. به عبارتی «مدیریت نیازها» بیشترین و «آگاهیبخشی و اصلاح باورهای دینی» کمترین تأثیر را داشته است.نتیجه گیری: پلیس در همکاری با دستگاههای اجرایی در پیادهسازی سند پیشگیری از طلاق با تقویت تعاملات و مشارکت گسترده و توسعۀ مراکز مشاوره و مددکاری اجتماعی قادر خواهد بود با پیشگیری از پدیدۀ طلاق که ریشه در بروز و ظهور برخی جرائم دارد، از سایر جرائم مثل اعتیاد، سرقت، درگیری و ... در جامعه جلوگیری نماید.
Background and objectives: Divorce is a social issue and includes the legal dissolution of marriage, and as a social injury, it affects the increase of other social injuries. In the meantime, the police can have a social impact on reducing the phenomenon of divorce, while raising the level of awareness of the people in the community and also eliminating the social contexts of crime, provide reasons for creating security, especially in the social dimension. Therefore, the aim of this research was to identify the impact of social prevention on the phenomenon of divorce.Methodology: In terms of its objectives the present study is of an applied research type and in terms of method it is a descriptive-survey type. The method of collecting data was a mixture of library and field studies. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose reliability was determined by Cronbach's alpha, and artificial data and the mean equivalent were used in this research. The statistical population included 100 police officers working in the police station and outposts of Roodsar city. Data analysis was done using SPSS software and linear and multivariate regression tests.Findings: Four techniques of 1) requirements management, 2) individual and social empowerment, 3) strengthening social and cultural interventions, and 4) raising awareness and reforming religious beliefs, respectively, have had the greatest impact in preventing the phenomenon of divorce. In other words, "needs management" had the most impact and "awareness and reform of religious beliefs" had the least impact.Results: The police, in cooperation with the executive bodies, in implementing the divorce prevention document, by strengthening interactions and wide participation and developing counseling and social work centers, will be able to prevent the phenomenon of divorce, which is rooted in the emergence of some other crimes, such as addiction, theft, etc.
