پولشویی به بیانی ساده مجموع عملیاتی است که بر روی اموال نامشروع همانند اموال بدست آمده از فروش مواد مخدر، سرقت، کلاهبرداری و...، صورت میگیرد تا این اموال، در ظاهر مشروع و قانونی نشان داده شود و منشأ نامشروع آنها پنهان بماند. پدیده مذکور، بر اساس قانون مبارزه با پولشویی در حقوق داخلی به عنوان جرم شناخته شده و علاوه بر این با استناد به آیات مختلف و روایات و سیرة ائمه و تعدادی از قواعد فقهی نامشروع شناخته شده است. از مبانی فقهی حرمت پولشویی میتوان به قواعد اکل مال به باطل، لاضرر، ید، سحت، غصب اشاره نمود. در این راستا، در نوشتار حاضر از روش توصیفی - تحلیلی برای واکاوی آیات، روایات و همچنین آراء و قواعد فقهی مورد اجماع مذاهب خمسه بهره گرفته شده است. شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات نیز مطالعات کتابخانهای بوده که طی آن با مراجعه به منابع موثق شامل آیات و روایات و دیدگاههای فقهی مشخص گشت که مذاهب خمسه، پولشویی را اقدامی خلاف شرع و اخلاق در نظر گرفتهاند.

In this regard, in the present article, a descriptive-analytical method has been used to analyze the verses, narrations, as well as the jurisprudential opinions and rules agreed upon by the five religions. The method of collecting information was library studies, during which by referring to reliable sources including verses, hadiths and jurisprudential views, it was determined that the five religions have considered money laundering as an act contrary to Sharia and ethics.
