در اقتصاد دانش بنیان، کسب مزیت رقابتی توسط سازمان ها در پرتو توجه به مشتری، موضوعات زیست محیطی در زنجیره تامین از طریق نهادینه سازی دو تفکر ناب و سبز تحقق پیدا می کند. هدف این مطالعه، پالایش مهمترین اقدام های مدیریتی سبزنابی از دیدگاه مدیران و کارشناسان صنایع مواد غذایی است که بایستی برای تولید و عرضه محصولات ارگانیک به بازار و تولید ارزش برای مشتری مورد توجه قرار بگیرند. از تکنیک اجماع نرم برای دستیابی به اقدام های مدیریتی سبزنابی برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. داده های این پژوهش از مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت های صنایع مواد غذایی استان خوزستان جمع آوری گردید. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که مدیران و کارشناسان صنایع غذایی بر روی اقدام های تولید سلولی، برنامهی بهبود مستمر، تولید به هنگام / تولید جریان پیوسته، نت پیشگیرانه، کانبان/ سیستم کششی، برنامه های مدیریت کیفیت، مهندسی مجدد فرایند تولید، مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر، نقشه ی جریان ارزش، پنج s به عنوان مهمترین اقدام های ناب سازی، و نیز طراحی محصولات به صورتی که مواد و انرژی کمتری مصرف گردد، همکاری با مصرف کنندگان برای طراحی سبز، مواد اولیه سازگار با محیط زیست، سیستم مدیریت زیست محیطی تامین کننده، کاهش نرخ ضایعات و ارتقاء کیفیت محصولات، بسته بندی سازگار با محیط، حمل و نقل سازگار با محیط، تعهد و حمایت مدیریت ارشد و میانی سازمان نسبت به اجرای مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز، استفاده از سیستم لجستیک معکوس را به عنوان مهمترین اقدام های سبز کردن زنجیره تامین صنایع غذایی اجماع داشتند.
In the knowledge-based economy, organizations gain a competitive advantage in the light of
attending to a customer, eco-environmental issues in the supply chain through the
institutionalization of both lean and green thinking. The purpose of this study is to screen the most
important of managerial practices from the perspective of managers and experts of the food
industry that should be considered for the production and supply of organic products to the market
and the creation of value for the customer. The soft consensus technique was used to achieve
managerial practices for data analysis. The data of this study were collected from managers and
experts of Khuzestan food industry's companies. The results of this study showed that food
industry managers and experts have a consensus on cellular production practices, continuous
improvement programs, on-time production / continuous flow production, preventive net,
cannabis/traction systems, quality management programs, production process reengineering,Total
Quality Management, Value Flow Mapping, Five Ss as the most important lean-making practices,
as well as designing products so that consume less material and energy, working with consumers
to design green, environmentally friendly raw materials , supplier eco-environmental management
system, Waste Reduction and Product Quality Improvement, Compatible Packaging With the
environment, environmentally friendly transportation, the commitment, and support of the senior
and middle management of the organization to implement green supply chain management, using
of logistics reverse system as the most important of practices of greening supply chainr
