The aim of this research is to examine and evaluate the formal and content aspects of the articles in the Islamic Management journal. In terms of research type, it is applied, and in terms of nature, it is qualitative and based on content analysis, using a descriptive-analytical approach to describe and evaluate the content of the target population's articles. The statistical population of the research includes all 112 articles published in 14 issues of this journal from Spring and Summer 1389 to Winter 1394. The results show that most studies are based on applied research and use questionnaires as a tool. Among the 112 articles reviewed, 17.40 percent were conducted using quantitative research methods. 35.55 percent used qualitative methods, and 4.46 percent employed mixed research methods, meaning a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Additionally, findings show that industry/subject had the highest level of analysis in studies at 53.45 percent. 78.26 percent of the studies are at the individual/individuals level of analysis, which holds the next rank. The level of analysis for 32.22 percent of the articles is dedicated to organizations and companies, and only 35.05 percent of the articles are at the national scale.

The main research question is: "Does the Journal of Islamic Management follow a correct path in terms of form and content?" In response to this question, and given the importance of the subject as well as the increasing number of articles submitted to the office of the Islamic Management quarterly journal, this research seeks to analyze the content of the articles published in this journal to examine its status from various dimensions, such as key topics, researchers' interests, content and research methodology, level of analysis, statistical population and sample, and other axes, and to identify its strengths, weaknesses, problems, and challenges, and to explain its new approaches.
