For some time, discussions titled 'Organizational Sustainability' have been raised in the theoretical foundations of economics and management. The intellectual perspective of sustainability has today largely replaced success in the theoretical foundations of organizational management, and almost all organizations define achieving sustainable success in some way within their value system. Organizational sustainability is the ability to maintain or develop performance in the long term and the result of continuous stakeholder satisfaction over time. The general objective of this research is to examine the degree of organizational sustainability and provide solutions for its enhancement using a knowledge management approach in the Tehran Industrial Estates Company. The statistical population includes experts and managers of the central office of the Industrial Estates Company located in Tehran. The number of these individuals is 114, of whom 88 were randomly selected as a sample. The degree of sustainability of the Tehran Industrial Estates Company was 2.6204; meaning that the Tehran Industrial Estates Company is a proactive organization. Based on the scores of each knowledge management activity, improvement priorities were identified, which are respectively: publishing, evaluation, development, use, goal setting and maintenance, acquisition, and identification. Given that the organization is in a proactive state in terms of sustainability, it should aim for a higher level of sustainability, namely the flexible level, for which solutions were provided to the organization.

The general objective of this research is to investigate the degree of organizational sustainability and provide solutions for its improvement using a knowledge management approach in the Tehran Industrial Estates Company.
The main problem of this research is that by using knowledge management activities (goal setting, identification, acquisition, development, dissemination, use, maintenance, evaluation), the degree of sustainability of the Tehran Industrial Estates Company is measured, and then, solutions are provided to improve it.
Based on the model for measuring and enhancing the degree of organizational sustainability with a knowledge management approach, implementing knowledge management activities (goal setting, identification, acquisition, development, dissemination, use, maintenance, evaluation) is necessary for the continuous control of changes in the macro and micro environments of the organization (PESTEL variables and the resource-based view).

Based on the model for measuring and enhancing the degree of organizational sustainability with a knowledge management approach, the implementation of knowledge management activities (goal setting, identification, acquisition, development, dissemination, use, retention, evaluation) is necessary for the continuous control of the organization's far and near environment changes (RBV and PESTEL).
