Decision-making is the foundation of creating, moving, growing, and developing organizations to achieve specific goals at strategic levels; it is based on perception, knowledge, awareness of consequences, environmental recognition, and the speed of action of organizational leaders and managers. The breadth and complexity of the processes required to realize organizational intent and make strategic decisions make it inevitable for organizations to benefit from a systematic and intelligent decision-making system. This article examines and explains the empowering capabilities of expert systems and their impact on the decisions of the studied organization at strategic levels. The research statistical population consists of 68 organizational managers at senior and middle levels interacting with the content nature of an intelligent decision-making system. The research includes hypotheses within the framework of identifying the nature of organizational problems, the perceptual power of decision-makers, identifying opportunities, selecting appropriate solutions, and evaluating strategic-level decisions, which are examined and tested according to the characteristics of the expert system. After presenting the data, analyzing the behavior of the subjects, and explaining the results of the hypothesis testing, strategies for disseminating intelligent systems in the upper management levels of the organization are provided.

To achieve the degree of influence of diagnosing the nature of organizational problems, the perception power of organizational decision-makers, identifying opportunities, selecting appropriate solutions, evaluating and sustaining decisions, and their effectiveness on the decision-making of high-level managers of the organization, standard deviation has been used as an index of variable dispersion, and the coefficient of variation has been used, which </Refer to page image> is the indicator of the relative dispersion of the organization's managers' opinions regarding the statements.
Based on the results of Table 6 and the test statistics, the interaction model of the decision-making constructs of strategic level managers based on the capabilities of the expert system is organized according to Figure 1.
