Nowadays, capable human resources are the most important competitive tool for organizations, and their top managers are seeking to develop human capital from within the organization. Among all employees, managers and commanders are at the forefront of development programs due to the significant impact they have on the organization. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the extent of the impact of spiritual factors (religious knowledge, faith, and insight) on the empowerment of NAJA commanders and middle managers. After library studies regarding empowerment and spirituality (and determining its components), 589 of these commanders were selected as research samples. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire, and after data analysis, it was determined that faith (with an average of 32.90), religious knowledge (with an average of 49.84), and insight (with an average of 99.81) out of 100 points, respectively, affect the empowerment of NAJA commanders and middle managers.

Suggestions: 9 Although NAJA has included spiritual development programs for commanders and managers in its agenda in the form of discernment courses for the past 3 years; however, based on the research findings, it is suggested that while strengthening current programs, diverse and new educational and training programs that increase their religious cognition, faith, and discernment throughout the year should be designed and implemented.
