Among the rules and regulations in the field of aviation security, one can mention the Chicago, Tokyo, The Hague, and Montreal conventions, which have been approved at the international level. First Discourse: Air Law This discourse includes four sections, in which the researcher addresses definitions of air law from the perspective of experts such as Logue and Ambrosio, and then provides a more complete definition from Mr. Safavi regarding air law : "Air law is that branch of legal science that examines the laws and legal rules related to the regulation of the passage and transit of aircraft and their operation, as well as the relations arising from these activities. This section provides a picture of the air law system up until the approval of the Chicago Convention in 1994 and describes the process of formulating aviation laws and regulations since 1784, when a general police order for the Montgolfier brothers' balloons was issued in France; based on this order, flights must not be carried out without prior permission. Second Discourse - Criminal Air Law This discourse consists of two sections; in the first section, the researcher examines international criminal law and describes all the conventions that were approved before the Tokyo Convention (1963), including the Geneva Convention and the United Nations Charter, followed by the subjects of the Tokyo Convention (1963) regarding crimes and other certain acts committed on board an aircraft. The second section describes Iran's domestic criminal air law and the legal articles that are in some way related to aviation crimes.
