The statistical population in the qualitative and quantitative phases are the managers of government organizations who were selected using the purposive sampling method. The data collection tool is an interview in the qualitative phase and a questionnaire in the quantitative phase. Their validity and reliability were confirmed using content method and theoretical validity and intra-coder and inter-coder reliability. To analyze the data in the qualitative part, the content analysis method was used using MAXQDA software, and in the quantitative part, interpretive structural modeling and MATLAB software were employed.Findings: The findings of the research indicate the identification of the effective factors and the presentation of the model of the emergence of political dowry of managers in government organizations. Results: The results of the research are in the form of the model of emergence of political dowry of managers in the four axes of formation platforms, interrelated and intervening factors, dimensions and consequences of the formation of political dowry of managers.
