چکیده:
این پژوهش بهمنظور مقایسه اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر رویکرد وجودی و شناختی ـ رفتاری بر میزان کمرویی دانشآموزان پسر دبیرستانی در باروق انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری همه دانشآموزان مدارس متوسطه شهر باروق بودند. از میان دبیرستانهای پسرانه، از طریق نمونهگیری خوشهای دو مدرسه انتخاب شد و با اجرای پرسشنامه کمرویی سموعی 30 دانشآموز که کمرویی بالاتری داشتند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در سه گروه جایگزین شدند. مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر رویکرد وجودی به مدت هشت جلسه روی یک گروه اجرا شد و روی گروه دیگر هشت جلسه رویکرد شناختی ـ رفتاری اجرا شد و گروه گواه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و شفه، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که بین گروههای مطالعه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. آزمون تعقیبی شفه نشان داد که بین گروه گواه و گروه آزمایشی وجودی و نیز بین گروه آزمایشی شناختی ـ رفتاری و گروه گواه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و میانگین گروههای آزمایشی وجودی و شناختی ـ رفتاری از گروه گواه بیشتر است (01/0 > P ) .
This study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness and comparison of group conseling based on existential or cognitive_behavioural approaches on the degree of shyness of boy students. This study was a pre-post test experimental design. The population of this research encompasses all the students of Schools of Barug city. By cluster sampling between schools in Barug two schools were selected randomly. Conducting Shyness Questionnaire, 30 students were selected and assigned to three groups randomly. 8 sessions of existential group counseling were implemented for one group and 8 sessions of cognitive- behavioral group counseling were implemented for another group. The control group received no intervention. For analyzing the data, ANCOVA and Post hoc Scheffe Test were applied. ANCOVA showed significant difference in studied groups. Post hoc Scheffe Test showed significant difference between the control group and existential group. As well as is significant difference between the control group and cognitive-behavioral group and the means of experimental groups (existential and cognitive-behavioral) was greater than the control group (P < 0.01).
