چکیده:
سازمانهای منطقهای راهی برای دستیابی به منافع راهبردی کشورها هستند که بر پایه هدف ها و منافع مشترک کار میکنند. امروزه سازمان همکاری شانگهای بهعنوان یک سازمان مهم منطقهای مطرح است. سازمان همکاری شانگهای در سال 2001 با حضور کشورهای چین، روسیه، قزاقستان، قرقیزستان، تاجیکستان و ازبکستان بهوجود آمد. هند همواره خواستار عضویت دائم در این سازمان بوده است. پرسش اصلی این نوشتار این است که هدف ها و منافع هند از عضویت در سازمان همکاری شانگهای چیست؟ این نوشتار ضمن توجه به زمینههای تکامل سازمان همکاری شانگهای، برای عضویت دائم هند در این سازمان منافعی را برمیشمرد که برای این کشور فرصت است. جدا از این فرصتها، چالشیهایی برای دستیابی هند به این مهم وجود دارد که به آنها نیز پرداخته میشود.
Regional organizations Consider to as a means to achieve to the strategic interests' countries and Act for based on common interests and goals. In fact، consider to the SCO as a regional organization. SCO was formed in 2001 with the participation of China، Russia، Kazakhstan، Kyrgyzstan، Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. This article attempts to analyze why India should consider itself as an ideal candidate for SCO membership، despite the member countries indicating that they have no plans to accept new member in the near future. Nevertheless، India should continue to pursue its case for membership، as it will benefit both India and the SCO members. In order to understand and analyze this، the article discusses the origin and growth of SCO and its emergence as a regional international organization. It identifies the potential benefits that India can gain by becoming the full member of SCO. Its also analyses India's present concerns and challenges it would have to confront after obtaining the full membership.
