چکیده:
كانت الهجرة وما ا زلت على اختلاف أنواعها من أقدم الظواهر الاجتماعية التي ارتبط وجودها بوجود الإنسان
على ظهر هذا الكوكب، وعرفتها مختلف الجماعات والمجتمعات عبر تاريخ البشرية هذا وقد شهد العراق أولى الهجرات في التاريخ، في حدود الإلف الرابع قبل الميلاد إذ جاءت إليه موجات كبيرة من المهاجرين لتستقر فيه على ضفاف دجلة والفرات لتؤسس أولى الحضارات في التاريخ، وفي العصر الحديث توسعت اتجاهات الهجرة عما كانت عليه في السابق فأصبحت تشمل الهجرات الخارجية خارج الحدود الإقليمية والهج رات الداخلية داخل حدود إقليم الدولة الواحدة، ويعد العراق أحدى الدول التي عانت كثيرا من هجرة أبنائها خارج الوطن، وبرزت بشكل واضح منذ عام 1991 ، ذلك العام الذي انتفض فيه مايقارب ( 14 ) محافظة من اجل إسقاط السلطة، إلا إن الانتفاضة لم تستطع الوصول إلى أهدافها الحقيقية لأسباب عدة لا مجال لذكرها، واستطاعت السلطة في ذلك الوقت إلى قمع الانتفاضة والقضاء عليها مخلفا العديد من الشهداء والجرحى، إضافة إلى هجرة أعداد كبيرة من المشاركين فيها وغير المشاركين خوفا من بطش أجهزة النظام السابق. لكن موضوع بحثنا الحالي هو التكيف الاجتماعي للعائدين من المهجر.
ومن هنا يعد التكيف الاجتماعي للمهاجرين وأسرهم العائدين إلى العراق بعد 2003 احد الظواهر التي رافقت المهاجرين وأثرت عليهم بشكل كبير من حيث مدى وقدرة كل شخص منهم في التكيف مع الواقع الجديد، حيث جاء بحثنا للتعرف على مدى التكيف الاجتماعي لهؤلاء العائدين إلى المجتمع الأصل وما هي المشكلات التي تواجههم، لذلك حاولنا جاهدين في هذا البحث تتبع هذا الموضوع عبر أهداف تتمحور حول معرفة مدى تكيف هؤلاء في بلدان المهجر وبعد العودة وكذلك الصع وبات التي يواجهوها في اندماجهم ضمن المجتمع الأصل. وانطلاقا من أعلاه قسم البحث على أربع فصول هي.
الفصل الأول: وقد تكون تحت عنوان العناصر الأساسية للدراسة، التي اشتملت على مشكلة الدراسة وتساؤلاتها،
وأهميتها، وأهدافها. وتضمن كذلك تحديدا للمفاهيم والمصطلحات العلمية للبحث وهي (التكيف الاجتماعي،
العائدين، الهجرة، الأسرة، الانتفاضة).
الفصل الثاني: تضمن النظ رة التاريخية لأبرز الحركات الاجتماعية في تاريخ المجتمع الع ا رقي.

Hence, the social adjustment of migrants and their families returning to Iraq after 2003 is one of the phenomena that accompanied the migrants and affected them greatly in terms of the extent and ability of each of them to adapt to the new reality, where we came to find out the extent of social adjustment of these returnees to the community of origin and what are the problems Which we face, so we have tried hard in this research to follow this subject through the objectives of the focus on the extent of adaptation to these countries in the Diaspora and after the return as well as the difficulties they face in their integration within the community of origin.
