چکیده:
گسترش گردشگری سلامت بهعنوان گونهای جدید و پرطرفدار در بازار متنوع و رقابتی گردشگری، در گرو تأمین رضایت گردشگران میباشد. در راستای تحقق این امر، در وهله اول نیاز است که عوامل مؤثر بر احساس رضایت گردشگران شناسایی و در مرحله بعد، راهکارهای کاربردی؛ متناسب با وضع موجود، تدوین گردد. این مطلب نیز، هدف پژوهش کاربردی حاضر است که با روشی توصیفی- تحلیلی و رویکرد اکتشافی انجامگرفته و اطلاعاتش را از دو منبع اسنادی و میدانی مبتنی بر مصاحبه و توزیع پرسشنامه در میان گردشگران سلامت خارجی وارده شده به کشور جمعآوری نموده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، گردشگرانی است که از کردستان عراق باهدف درمان و گردشگری سلامت از مرز رسمی شهرستان مریوان وارد کشور شده که در ابتدا بهصورت هدفمند و با رسیدن به اصل اشباع نظری، جهت شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر رضایتمندیشان، با 19 نفر از آنها مصاحبههایی به عمل آمد و سپس پرسشنامههایی دربرگیرنده اطلاعات استخراجشده در میان 100 نفر از این گردشگران بهصورت تصادفی توزیع گردید. تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای کیفی به روش تئوری بنیادی و دادههای حاصل از پرسشنامه نیز با آزمونهای آماری، t تک نمونهای و تحلیل عاملی بوده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که سطح رضایت گردشگران مطلوب نبوده و بر این عدم مطلوبیت، سه عامل کمبود خدمات و امکانات رفاهی- اقامتی و ضعف زیرساختهای حملونقل، کیفیت نامناسب مراقبتهای بیمارستانی و زیرساختهای آن؛ و ضعف در اطلاعرسانی، آموزش و عملکرد نامطلوب نهادهای دولتی مسئول، بیشترین تأثیر را دارند.

The study population was tourists from Iraqi Kurdistan region for treatment and health tourism from the official border in city of Marivan entered the country, which at first being targeted and by achieving the theoretical saturation, to identify affecting factors on their satisfaction interviews were conducted with 19 of them. Then, questionnaires contained extracted information distributed among 100 tourists randomly. The analysis of qualitative data did by using the basic theory and extracted data from the questionnaire evaluated by using single-sample t test and factor analysis. The results showed that the level of tourist satisfaction is not good, which the lack of three factors: the lack of services and amenities Accommodation, transportation infrastructure weaknesses, inadequate quality of medical care and its infrastructure, and lack of information, education and charged governmental institutions have had the unsatisfactory the greatest impacts.
