چکیده:
در دهههای اخیر نقش مهم فرایندهای روانشناختی در ایجاد یا ابقاء بیخوابی مورد توجه زیادی قرار گرفته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش صفات شخصیتی و بیخوابی میانجیگری فرایندهای عاطفی بود. مواد و روشها: نمونه پژوهش شامل 381 دانشجو با ی زن و مرد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان بود که از طریق نمونه گیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. آزمودنیها به پرسشنامههای سنجش شدت بیخوابی، فرم کوتاه شدهی پرسشنامه 5 عاملی نئو، مقیاس کمالگرایی چندبعدی فراست، اضطراب حالت-صفت اسپیلبرگر و تنظیم شناختی هیجان پاسخ دادند. سپس دادههای جمعآوری شده با استفاده از روش الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که روانرنجوری هم به صورت مستقیم و هم با میانجیگری اضطراب و راهبردهای ناسازگار تنظیم هیجان با بیخوابی ارتباط دارد. کمالگرایی از طریق راهبردهای ناسازگارانه تنظیم هیجان و اضطراب با بیخوابی رابطه داشت ولی اثر مستقیم این متغیر بر بیخوابی معنادار نبود. همچنین روانرنجوری و کمالگرایی هر دو از طریق واسطهگری متوالی تنظیم هیجان و سپس اضطراب با اختلال بیخوابی رابطه داشتند. نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده از راهبردهای ناسازگار برای تنظیبم هیجان و اضطراب میتواند بخشی از رابطه بین صفات شخصیتی و بیخوابی را تبیین کند.
Objectives: The critical role of psychological processes in cause and / or maintenance of insomnia has received considerable attention over the recent decades. The aim of this study modeling the relationship between personality traits and insomnia considering the mediating role of the mediating role of emotional processes among medical sciences students. Methods: The study sample consisted of 381 female and male students of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences who were selected by cluster sampling. Participants answered the Insomnia severity Index , NEO-Personality Inventory – Revised (NEO-FF-R), Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory AND Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire . Then the obtained data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: results indicated that neuroticism has a direct significant relationship with insomnia, also both neuroticism and Perfectionism have indirect significant relationship with insomnia through the mediating role of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and anxiety , as well as through the chained mediating effect of emotion regulation to anxiety, but direct effect of Perfectionism on insomnia was not significant. Conclusion: The obtained results showed that The use of maladaptive strategies for emotion regulation and anxiety can partly explain the association between personality traits and insomnia.
