چکیده:
این تحقیق با توجه به سیاستهای کلی جمعیتی نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی در خصوص ارتقاء امید زندگی، تأمین سلامت و پیشگیری از بیماریها، به این سوال پاسخ میدهد که الگوی مرگ و میر افراد در مناطق مختلف جغرافیایی ایران، چگونه است؟ هدف کلی، بررسی نوع اقلیم در31 استان ایران و مطالعه پنج نوع بیماری با بالاترین میزان مرگ ومیر است. اهداف کاربردی، ترسیم جغرافیایی وضعیت مرگ ومیر و جلب حمایت سیاسی جهت پیشگیری و کنترل بیماریها است. روشتحقیق توصیفی، تحلیل ثانویه از نوع مقطعی است و شامل دو مجموعه داده ، علل مرگومیر از سازمان ثبت احوال و دادههای جمعیتی، اقلیمی استانها از مرکز آمار ایران طی ده سال، از 1385تا1395است و از نرم افزارهای ExcelوGIS استفاده شده است. یافتهها، پنج عامل اول مرگومیر درایران را بیماریهای قلبیوعروقی54%، علائم مبهم17%، سرطانها14%، تنفسی11%و عفونیانگلی4%نشان میدهد که70% ازمرگهای جاری به ثبت رسیده را تشکیل میدهد. طی ده سال گذشته بیماری های قلبیو عروقی 3/3%، سرطانها3/2% وتنفسی 05/1% رشد داشته است و بیماریهایی با علائم مبهم 8/6% و عفونی و انگلی02/2% کاهش یافته است؛ همچنین این تحقیق نشان میدهد مرگومیر در فصلهای مختلف سال، حالت سینوسی دارد و در فصل پاییز و زمستان، ماههای آبان، آذر و دی به اوج خود میرسد.

The overall objective is to study the climate in 31 provinces of Iran and to research the impact of five types of diseases with the highest mortality rate in these regions. Functional and Practical goals are to map geographically the health status and attenuation of those areas, and to gain political support for disease prevention and control by the Ministry of Health. The descriptive research method is the secondary cross-sectional analysis. This study consists of two data sets, causes of death obtained from the Census and Demographic Data, and the Provincial Climatology Data of Iran Statistical Center in The climate of the provinces has been from Iran Statistics Center for ten years, from 2006 to 2016 via Excel and GIS. Findings of the research study show the, cardiovascular disease has increased 3.3%, cancers 2.3%, and respiratory 1.05%, with vague symptoms reduced by 6.8%, infectious and parasitic by 2.02%.This research study also demonstrates that the mortality rate changes in a sinusoidal pattern in different seasons. The rate peaks in November, December and January.
