چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای زندگی د بر افسردگی و امید به زندگی دانشحویبان
پیام نور واحد دیواندره انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش حاضر را کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور واحد دیواندره
که در سال تحصیلی ۹۳-۹۳ مشغول به تحصیل بودند را شامل میشد. در این پژوهش ۰ دانشجو با نمونه
گیری تصادفی در دسترس بعنوان حجم نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. نموئه آماری گروه آزمایش ۰ نفر از
دانشجویانی که در کارگاه مهارتهای زندگی به صورت داوطلب شرکت کردند را شامل میشد. نموئه
آماری گروه کنترل ۳۰ نفر از دانشجویان که در کارگاه مهارتهای زندگی شرکت نکردند (از بین دانشجویان
دانشگاه بصورت تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند) را شامل میشد. روش پژوهش از نوع یمه
آزمایشی با گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل بود. گروه آزمایش تحت ۸ چلسة ۱۳۰ دقیقهای آموزش مهارتهای
پرسشنامة ۱۲ سوالی امیسدبه زندگی اشنایدر و همکاران استفاده شد. حهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از
آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار و...) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل کرواریانس) استفاده شد. تاج نشان
داد که میانگین نمرات افسردگی در پس آزمون گروه آزمایش از میانگین نمرات پس آزمون گروه کنترل
پایین تر است؛ همچنین میانگین نمرات امید به زندگی در پس آزمون گروه آزمایش از میانگین نمرات
پس آزمون گروه کنترل بالاتر است. نتیجهگیری میشود آموزش مهارتهای زندگی در کاهش افسردگی
و افزایش امید به زندگی دانشجویان موثر است.
