چکیده:
کودکآزاری یکی از شایع ترین معضل های روانی _ اجتماعی است که وقوع آن تحت تاثیر علل و عوامل مختلفی در ابعاد درون فردی، بین فردی و محیطی قرار دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی زمینه سازهای بین فردی _ خانوادگی تاثیرگذار در گرایش افراد به کودکآزاری از دیدگاه متخصصین "مشاور، روانشناس و مددکار اجتماعی" بود. این مطالعه به روش کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی تفسیری انجام گردید. جامعه مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش شامل تمام متخصصین حوزه سلامت روانی و اجتماعی شامل مشاور، روانشناس و مددکار اجتماعی در دانشگاه های تهران، اصفهان و سازمان بهزیستی کل تهران در سال ١٤٠١ بود که در زمینه کودکآزاری تجربه پژوهشی و درمانی داشتند. روش نمونه گیری نیز نمونه گیری هدفمند بود که طی آن از بین جامعه موردنظر تعداد ١٦ نفر برای شرکت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند و مورد مصاحبه قرارگرفتند. همه مصاحبهها ضبط و سپس خط به خط دست نویس شد و در نهایت با استفاده از روش تحلیل تفسیری دیکلمن، آلن و تانر تحلیل گردید. ١٦ مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد و تحلیل داده های حاصل از مصاحبه منجر به شناسایی و طبقه بندی ١ مضمون اصلی (زمینه سازهای بین فردی _ خانوادگی) و ١٩ زیرمضمون شامل (نارضایتی درونی از ظاهر و جنسیت کودک، عدم ارضای نیازهای عاطفی، عدم ارضای متداوم نیازهای بقایی، بیتفاوتی والدینی، سلطه گری والدینی، فقدان مراقبت مادری، زندگی با ناپدری و نامادری، خشونت والد _ فرزندی، روابط زوجی آشفته و پرتعارض، بارداری و تولد ناخواسته، آشفتگی تعاملات درون خانوادگی، آشفتگی روابط همشیره ای، بیثباتی سیستم خانواده، فقدان ساختار خانوادگی، الگوی تربیتی سلطه گر، فقدان سیستم نظارتی در محیط خانواده، فقدان مهارت های تربیتی، غفلت از حفظ امنیت ارتباطی و همراهی با کودک، آزاردیدن از جنس مخالف و تلاش برای انتقام از این جنس) در زمینه ی ابعاد بین فردی _ خانوادگی تاثیرگذار در گرایش افراد به کودکآزاری از دیدگاه متخصصین گردید. پژوهشگران و برنامه ریزان حوزه مسائل روانی و اجتماعی میتوانند با درنظرگرفتن زمینه سازهای بین فردی _ خانوادگی شناساییشده، زمینه را برای طراحی و اجرایی کردن برنامه های پیشگیرانه در این زمینه فراهم کنند.
Child abuse is one of the most common psychological and social problems, the occurrence of which is influenced by various causes and factors in intra-personal, interpersonal and environmental dimensions. The aim of the current research was to identify the interpersonal-familial factors influencing people's tendency towards child-abuse from the point of view of "counselor, psychologist and social worker". This study was conducted in a qualitative way using an interpretive phenomenological approach. The community studied in this research included all specialists in the field of mental and social health, including counselors, psychologists and social workers in the universities of Tehran, Isfahan and the Tehran General Welfare Organization in 2022, who had research and treatment experience in the field of child abuse. The sampling method was purposive sampling, during which 16 people were selected from among the target population to participate in the research and were interviewed. All the interviews were recorded and then handwritten line by line and finally analyzed using the interpretive analysis method of Dickelman, Allen and Tanner. 16 semi-structured interviews were conducted and the analysis of the data from the interviews led to the identification and classification of 1 main theme (family-interpersonal contexts) and 19 sub-themes including (internal dissatisfaction with the appearance and gender of the child, lack of Satisfaction of emotional needs, continuous unsatisfaction of survival needs, parental indifference, parental domineering, lack of maternal care, living with stepfather and stepmother, parent-child violence, troubled and conflicted couple relationships, unwanted pregnancy and birth, disturbed interactions within family, sibling relationship chaos, family system instability, lack of family structure, domineering parenting model, lack of monitoring system in the family environment, lack of parenting skills, neglecting to maintain communication security and companionship with the child, harassment from the opposite sex and trying to take revenge from this sex) in the context of interpersonal-family dimensions were influential in the tendency of people to abuse children from the point of view of experts. Researchers and planners in the field of psychological and social issues can provide the basis for designing and implementing preventive programs in this field by considering the identified interpersonal and family factors
