خلاصه ماشینی:
The elites and journalists of Iran, in this regard, first criticized Iranian government officials for not paying attention to exploiting underground resources and then proposed solutions to solve this problem; including emulating America and developing trade relations with this country, because at that time America could meet Iran's needs; on the one hand, this country followed the Monroe Doctrine and had no colonial ambitions, and on the other hand, it had technical, financial capabilities and extensive oil companies.
To prove this claim, it is necessary to refer to the letter Aliqoli Khan wrote to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he writes: “From several important American capitalists, several contracts were submitted to me to obtain the extraction of all of Iran’s mines and also oil resources that are in various parts of the country, I presented them to the Iranian authorities, and I was willing to provide whatever amount of money was necessary for Iran and the progress of Iran’s natural resources from America.
According to the obtained documents, in addition to Iranian diplomats in Washington, other political elites and even the Iranian consul in Karbala made every effort to encourage government officials to emulate and bring specialists from America to Iran; Therefore, they sought to describe and reflect the progress of this country and demanded a transformation of the situation of Iran’s oil industry with the help of specialists and American companies.
