چکیده:
A society can be a pioneer in development if it moves towards strengthening entrepreneurship. Among the factors that facilitate entrepreneurial behaviors is attention to improving soft psychological and behavioral factors, including social capital at the level of society and organizations. The main goal of this research is to investigate the role of social capital (as a cultural-behavioral factor) in strengthening organizational citizenship behaviors and entrepreneurial behaviors. This research is applied and descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the research includes all staff of the Bahman Group headquarters in Tehran, from which 150 people were randomly selected using a simple random sampling formula from the limited population. The data were analyzed using Amos statistical software after collection. The results of the research show the positive and significant impact of social capital on organizational citizenship behaviors and entrepreneurial behaviors, as well as the positive and significant impact of organizational citizenship behaviors on entrepreneurial behaviors.

Dehghani and colleagues (2015) investigated the relationship between social capital and organizational citizenship behaviors among the staff of educational-therapeutic hospitals affiliated with Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences and found a positive and significant relationship between these two variables.
Considering the research background stated, the first hypothesis is stated as follows: Hypothesis 1: Social capital has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behaviors.
