چکیده:
The effect of global integration on developing countries depends on the possibility and level of these societies' integration into the international economy. Although globalization is accompanied by increased private sector activity, in developing countries, especially with rentier economies, the role of the government is very decisive. The government, by implementing public policies that increase people's ability to produce economically, engage in social activities, and participate politically, helps to integrate into the global economy and benefit from new opportunities that arise. Otherwise, due to the lack of minimum economic and social opportunities, they will be lost and social deprivation will be experienced.
خلاصه ماشینی:
The government helps to integrate into the global economy and benefit from new opportunities by implementing public policies that increase people's ability to produce economically, engage in social activities, and participate politically.
Although different viewpoints announce different dates for the beginning of this process, it is certain that after the announcement of "The New World Order" 1 by the United States of America after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc in the early 1990s, the term Globalization became common in economic, political, and cultural literature and indicates a reduction in international trade barriers 2 and an increase in privatization and international investment, and therefore an increase in the role of multinational companies in the global economy.
(5) If government policies do not increase the ability of people to benefit from the opportunities created by globalization, in the process of change, due to lack of minimum livelihood, lack of information network, inability to participate politically to protect and secure interests, and loss of economic and social opportunities to secure social status, a significant percentage of citizens in developing countries will experience social deprivation 1.
Liberals believe that globalization can provide new and more opportunities for economic growth and socio-political development, and they hope that international competition and reducing government intervention in these countries' economies will also lead to economic optimization and increased productivity.
Changes provide new and more opportunities for economic growth and political and social development, provided that the conditions for integration into the global economy and the use of industrial experiences and innovations in backward societies, and benefiting from new opportunities at both the national and international levels are provided.
