چکیده:
With the event of the ninth presidential election, in addition to increased demand in the domestic arena, we are witnessing increased external pressures against Iran. Regardless of domestic or foreign political orientations, it seems that the internally justice-seeking positions have been expressed in a way that has led to the suspicion of a fundamental revisionism. This is while the goal of Iranian policymaking, like any other policymaker, may indicate the right to transform the country's global status in light of indigenous culture. In this regard, the Iranian policymaker may be willing to criticize the uniform position prevailing in the form of Western hegemony, rather than intending to undermine the foundations. In any case, the lack of this theoretical compatibility between domestic and foreign arenas has paved the way for eliminating dialogue between Iran and the global arena, and moving steadily towards dialectical conflict. In this article, a framework is presented for organizing Iran's perceptions.

102) As will be mentioned in the text of the third discussion, this researcher argues that the damage to Iran’s foreign policy stems both from the untimely mindset of traditional or transitional policymakers with the modern and postmodern global environment, and from the sometimes self-created conflict between national and religious concerns on the one hand, and rival factional elites and untimely scientific elites, which has led to the strategic position of the country not being used in the age of globalization.
The author of this article hopes that through this path, in the future we will witness the removal of mistakes in the application of determining political concepts such as nation with ethnicity and ummah and class, state with government, and political management, and the identification of the distinction between influential factors such as value with desire, foreign policy doctrine with political ideology or its type of pre-cognition, and strategic thinking with millennialism, as well as sustainability in maintaining the boundary between constructive interaction and destructive confrontation.
