چکیده:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise-induced fatigue on the dynamic balance of female students aged 15 to 18 years with different foot arch types. The Navicular Drop Test was used to measure the arch of the participants' feet. Then, 75 students who were randomly and purposefully selected were divided into three groups of 25: 1. Group with normal foot arch; 2. Group with flat foot arch; and 3. Group with cavus foot arch. A pre-test of balance (SEBT), a functional fatigue protocol (20 minutes of activity at 7 stations), and a post-test SEBT were performed. The Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) scale was used to determine the amount of fatigue before starting station one, at the end of station three, and immediately after completing station seven. Dependent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's post-hoc test were used at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test balance scores in all three groups (P=0.004). Scheffe's post-hoc test also showed that there was a significant difference between the mean difference of balance scores in the pre-test and post-test of the normal foot arch group with the flat foot arch group and the cavus foot arch group (P=0.05)

Master's Degree in Corrective Exercises and Sports Injury, Department of Physical Education, Faculty of Humanities, Shahrekord University, Iran Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of fatigue induced by exercise on the dynamic balance of female students aged 15-18 years with different foot arch types.
Yaggie3 (2002), Johnston4 (1998), and Joice5 (2001) investigated the effect of isokinetic muscle fatigue in the lower limbs on postural control in their research.
Considering that foot abnormality causes disruption in the anatomical condition of the foot and the muscles around the ankle joint, the question arises as to whether exercise-induced (functional) fatigue has a different effect on postural control in individuals with different feet.
Results of the paired t-test between the dynamic balance scores of the pre-test and post-test of the three groups (Refer to the page image) According to Table 2, it is inferred from the paired t-test that there is a significant difference between the dynamic balance of female students with normal foot arches before and after functional fatigue (P = 0.
General conclusion According to the results of this research, functional fatigue resulting from exercise can affect the postural control of individuals with foot arch abnormalities and may lead to injury and decreased sports performance in these individuals.
