Therefore, the foreign policy of the Islamic system, in order to grow and develop its influence, in addition to the conventional criteria of influence, needs to carefully consider efficient characteristics and mechanisms from religious resources and the perspectives of jurists such as Imam Khomeini, and to pay serious attention to them in order to solve the problems of the country in all eras. خلاصه ماشینی:
Accordingly, the ability to achieve a goal from others is what is called power in international relations and forms the core of political discussions (domestic and foreign), to the extent that individuals like Morgenthau believe that the main and fundamental motivation of all human actions and behaviors is power (Seyfzadeh, 1385: 169).
A liberal realist strategy emphasizes the importance of developing a kind of grand integrated strategy that can combine hard power and attractive soft power into the smart power that won the Cold War. In fact, the liberal realist strategy has three main pillars: 1- Creating security for the United States of America and its allies; 2- Maintaining a strong domestic and international economy by preventing environmental disasters; 3- Promoting liberal democracy and human rights domestically and abroad when compatible with reasonable costs.
The gradual transformation of the elements that make up power and create needs relatively changes the position of governments as actors in the international arena, and consequently establishes their relations and, in fact, their foreign policy on a new pattern.
Based on this, in foreign policy and international politics, the fundamental issue for governments in the history of international relations has been national interests and power.
Therefore, the position of power in the arena of international relations is an important and effective position, with which, by understanding and using it correctly, the foreign policy of the Islamic system can be directed towards ensuring national interests as much as possible.
