The purpose of the present study was to investigate the changes in dynamic movement performance following a sequence of different warm-up procedures. Twelve healthy, active, and non-athletic female subjects (age: 16±1 years, height: 162 cm ±6.34, weight: 60 kg ±9.21) were voluntarily selected. The subjects participated in two warm-up protocols with one week interval. The first protocol included performing 5 repetitions at 50% and 2 repetitions at 75% of one repetition maximum of the squat movement, and the second protocol included performing 5 repetitions at 60% and 2 repetitions at 90% of one repetition maximum for warm-up. The subjects performed Sargent and Bosco 5, 15, 30, and 60-second tests. The results showed that the second protocol created more significant changes in all five tests compared to the first protocol (P<0.01). The percentage of changes or difference between the two groups was less in the Sargent test (19.05%), Bosco jump 5 seconds (15.20%), 15 seconds (14.58%), 30 seconds (11.37%), and 60 seconds (11.06%), respectively. In general, it can be concluded that in performing warm-up protocols, the higher the intensity, the better the subsequent dynamic performance will be, and it seems that the effect of warm-up protocols decreases over time.
