Human resource managers in the 21st century must manage the social capital of organizations. Creating a competitive environment requires social capital, which is the ability to find, apply, and combine the skills, knowledge, and experiences of individuals within and outside the organization. Obviously, the development of social capital requires factors, one of which is religion and religious culture. The present research examines the relationship between Islamic lifestyle and social capital in the form of a causal model. The research method is descriptive from the correlation branch and based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the research included the employees of the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry, who were selected by random sampling. Information and data of the research were collected using 166 distributed questionnaires. Lisrel software was used to analyze the data for structural equation modeling and path analysis. The results showed that Islamic lifestyle has a positive, direct, and significant effect on social capital.
