In this research, the design and construction of the Sina Shuttle Run electronic device were first carried out, so that in addition to programming a regular and progressive rhythm of running speeds according to the instructions of the first type of shuttle run test with one-minute time intervals, it can calculate the relative value of max VO2 of eight people simultaneously by pressing the keys embedded in the shortest possible time. On the other hand, the sensitivity, repeatability, and reliability of the designed device and the shuttle run test were investigated, so that by inventing new methods and innovation in the construction of new devices, the ground for estimating the golden index of maximum oxygen consumption of individuals is made easier. Among these methods, the 20-meter round trip test is noteworthy, which has been introduced by the European Sports Union as a valid field test for measuring VO2max. The method of executing the Sina Shuttle Run device was designed and built with the guidance of the advisor at Bu Ali Sina University to play the rhythms of the shuttle run test and automatically calculate VO2max. Then its repeatability was investigated. To play the rhythms and automatically calculate VO2max, a correlation of R^2=1 was obtained. The subjects performed the shuttle run test twice intermittently with a time interval of 48 hours with random selection, and a correlation of ‹P<0/0001.R=0/89› was obtained. These findings indicate that the shuttle run field test and the designed device have high repeatability.

In this research, the reliability of the first type of shuttle-run test was investigated in a sample of 21 volunteer students aged 25-30 years from Bu Ali Sina University of Hamedan in estimating the maximum oxygen consumption of the subjects, as well as the reliability of the measurement of the designed electronic shuttle-run device (cadence of step frequency) in estimating VO2max.
