خلاصه ماشینی:
Foundations and Theoretical Framework Research in Iran and other Islamic countries shows that the modern system has swept across all Islamic countries and had many effects on the lives of people in those societies, especially women; because women, by gaining awareness, education, and employment, have acquired values and attitudes different from traditional society and, through reflection and reconsideration, have become active actors in social life and can now make decisions for their lives.
This article seeks to investigate the relationship between the lived world of women and their legal system; therefore, using theories in the field of sociology (Habermas' theories, Henri Lefebvre's critical sociology, feminist theory, and Giddens' theories) and sociology of law (social and legal realism approach) seems appropriate.
Considering social changes, women have gained greater awareness of their rights, and the more women’s awareness of the laws increases, the more this awareness and information enters their knowledge base, leading to their reconsideration and reflection; because in modern social life, social functions are constantly re-evaluated, their nature changes in light of new information, and the result of this reconsideration is the diagnosis of the delay of laws from the lived world.
Factors influencing the delay of the legal system for women from the lived world among women aware of civil laws (Refer to the image on the page) Model 2.
Also, from the perspective of Tehran women familiar with civil laws, the most important factor influencing the increase in the delay of the legal system among the lifeworld factors is enjoyment and modernity (Table 2 and Model 3).
