The results of the research show that there is no significant difference between organizational learning, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and demographic characteristics (gender, education, and work experience).
In this research, three main necessities of the human factor are addressed: namely, organizational learning, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment; which today are considered among the primary issues of interest to experts in behavioral sciences and human resource management.
Given that research has been conducted in Iran regarding organizational learning and its relationship with job satisfaction and organizational commitment in various organizations (Demircan, 2023; Shirbagi et al.
, 2016), researchers have not been able to find results that could evaluate and measure the relationship between organizational learning and job satisfaction, as well as organizational learning and organizational commitment within the education organization.
Therefore, the researcher is attempting to show that significant costs are incurred by the education organization in the matter of organizational learning to bring the scientific foundation and the level of knowledge, information, and data of teachers (which includes physical education teachers) up to the current scientific standards of the world, so that the education provided by teachers to a large population of students is in accordance with modern science.
