چکیده:
The takfir of the people of the Qibla is considered one of the important problems of the Islamic society and carries unpleasant and bitter consequences that wound the hearts of most Muslims. In this research, an attempt has been made to examine the takfir of the people of the Qibla from the perspective of the two groups (meaning the school of Ahl al-Bayt and the Sunni schools of thought). In fact, it is a type of theoretical comparison between the two schools. The sources most used are exegetical, narrational, and jurisprudential books. The author's effort has been to extract the prohibition of takfir of the people of the Qibla from the sources of both schools and to present it to researchers and the Islamic community. In this research, not only the existing schools of Ahl al-Bayt have been examined, but also the views of extinct Sunni schools (such as Al-Awza'i, the Zahiri school of Dawud al-Isfahani, the theory of Ibn Taymiyyah, and the Salafi view of Rashid Rida) have also been investigated. In this research, the author has completely distinguished the opinions and views of Imami jurists from one another.
Additionally, this research is the result of research into the views of the Supreme Leader, through which he has described and explained the nature and characteristics of the takfir movement, how it originated, its direction, and its performance, and has provided very expert guidelines regarding the necessity and how to confront the collection of takfiri groups and organizations.
