خلاصه ماشینی:
To examine the political geography of a political unit, at least attention to several factors is necessary: 1-Reason for Existence 1 2-The political geography of the land and its physical characteristics - including discussions such as location and its types (mathematical, relative, maritime versus landlocked, central versus peripheral, and ultimately strategic location), area, shape, topography, climate, mineral resources, land and water borders, capital, etc.
, and the global fame of Iranian art such as Iranian architecture and authentic Iranian music and famous ancient works and special customs of our people indicate the existence of a special historical culture that must be considered in the discussion of the reason (1)-The Iranian Plateau extends from the Pamir Knot in the northeast to the Caucasus Knot in the northwest, and from the plains of Sindh and Punjab and the Persian Gulf to the plains of Mesopotamia, covers an area of about 2,600,000 square kilometers and is between 1200 and 1500 meters above sea level, and today about 1,600,000 square kilometers of it is located in Iran.
Among the positive elements, one can mention the historical reason for existence, strategic and central location, defensive effects of mountains, presence throughout the north of the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, rich mineral resources, especially oil and gas resources, the location of the capital in the center of the political core, and so on.
At the same time, the strategic location and rich oil and gas resources are among the most important elements of Iran's political geography, and this has so far reflected itself in the regional and global strategies of major powers.
