چکیده:
Throughout the history of human society, one of the issues that has always occupied the human mind is undoubtedly the issue of employment, work, and effort to earn a living. In this regard, with the shadow of social, economic, cultural developments, etc., labor rights emerged and numerous relationships such as worker-to-worker, worker-to-employer, etc., were considered. Currently, worker groups such as women, children, adolescents, disabled people, etc., are working in factories and workshops, and each of them has their own specific issues and problems in the work environment. In this article, among the mentioned worker groups, the study and research on female and adolescent workers have been focused on, and in this regard, while briefly referring to recommendations, conventions, and generally international documents, this issue has also been investigated in Japan, South Korea, India, Egypt, England, and Iran. In any case, an attempt has been made to introduce the strengths and weaknesses of each legal system by studying each subject and to provide guidance and suggestions in each relationship. Also, it has been tried to consider the positive and noteworthy points in the laws of the countries under investigation so that, if possible, they can be used in the event of a review of regulations and laws related to work in Iran.

A. 7- Working Women and the Issue of Discrimination In the discussion regarding discrimination, while researching international documents and resolutions related to discrimination based on gender and their guidelines, and examining the countries under discussion, it is observed that in Japan, Korea, India, Egypt, and England, despite the principles of the constitution and ordinary laws aimed at eliminating discrimination and declaring it illegal, discrimination still exists in various dimensions, and the existence of discrimination is a common feature of all these countries.
