چکیده:
Studies have shown that the FIFA +11 program significantly reduces sports injuries in football players, but limited information is available regarding the impact of this program on the physical fitness of football players. Therefore, the aim of this clinical trial was to investigate the effect of the +11 program on the performance and physical fitness of adolescent footballers. 82 players aged 14 to 16 from four clubs participated in this study. The teams were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The experimental group performed the FIFA +11 comprehensive warm-up program for 30 weeks. Players' performance was measured using a set of tests. Players in both groups were tested one week before the start of the season and one week after the end of the competition season (30 weeks apart). Repeated measures 2x2 ANOVA was used for data analysis. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant time × group interaction in the Sargent vertical jump and Bosco power jump tests, and players in the experimental group showed more progress than players in the control group in these tests. However, no significant difference was observed in the amount of difference between pre-test and post-test in the Illinois agility test, 40-yard sprint, 20-yard sprint, level 1 Yo-Yo intermittent recovery, flexibility, and dribbling between the control group and the experimental group. The results of this study showed that the FIFA +11 comprehensive warm-up training program can increase the Sargent vertical jump and anaerobic power of the lower limb muscles of adolescent football players, but does not affect other factors of physical fitness and performance.

Lindblom 4 and colleagues (2011) also stated that eleven weeks of neuromuscular exercises, which were used as an alternative to warm-up before starting training and competitions, had no effect on dynamic balance, vertical jump, Illinois agility, 10 and 20 meter speed of 12 to 16 year old players (27).
