چکیده:
The various stages through which each woman becomes aware of her inner needs and desires, dares to strengthen her ability to achieve her goals, and has the necessary ability to realize her desires are called empowerment. The purpose of this research is to investigate ways to empower women. The theoretical framework of this research is based on discussions related to empowering women to participate in development, which stems from feminist theories, especially the theory of liberal feminists, and the theory of empowerment. This research was conducted using a survey-analytical method on 380 women aged 20 to 50 residing in the rural areas of the city of Isfahan, and the findings of the research indicate that factors such as increasing education level, access to financial resources, improving health status, enjoying legal property rights, removing discrimination from the labor market, and eliminating traditional beliefs are effective factors in empowering women.
