After the independence of the Russian Federation, Israel became one of the important political and economic partners of this country. Considering the presence of one million Russians in Israel, the relations between these two countries have been placed in different conditions compared to the past. The presence of these people in Israel fundamentally affects the country's view of Russia. These people, among whom a large number of Russian specialists and experts are present, have also changed the psychological atmosphere of Israeli society. Considering the atheistic teachings of the communist era in them, their attitudes towards the nature and functioning of the Jewish state are in open conflict with many Zionists. Israel is considered a window to America for Russia, and a way to strengthen relations with this country and benefit economically and financially from it. Obtaining modern technology, which is a serious need in the Russian Federation, is achievable through expanding these relations. This article examines the causes of the development of relations between Russia and Israel after the collapse of the Soviet Union in political, economic, social and cultural dimensions. Considering the fact that today the Islamic Republic of Iran has become one of the most important regional partners of Russia, within the framework of the conflict between Israel and the Islamic Republic of Iran, the implications of these relations will be mentioned.
